Knauf has developed the A@tch fire resistant access panel to provide an effective solution to gain access to building services that are concealed in drylined ceiling or wall structures which serve fire protection or separation purposes. Tested in line with ENBS 476 part 20 - 1 hour Fire Resistance. Field of Application: Suitable for installation within drywall partitions and ceilings. We recommend the prepared opening be 10 mm larger than the panel size. Properties Pre-punched fixing holes for simple installation. Factory fitted pivot hinge with steel pins inserted within holes in the frame. Door opens to 90 degrees. Square drive operated lock. Powder coated, can be overpainted with emulsion. Tested in line with BS 476 - 20 1 hour Fire Resistance.
